The future is not a linear continuation of the present — it is exponential and complex.  The future does not exist in the present, but we can study a range of images of futures to be prepared for the unknown and the uncertain.  Our learners, our kids, will be in the world of work by 2030.  A part of them will be the leaders in 2040.  And the world will be extremely different then.
Foresight enables you to use the futures as your ace up the sleeve. It provides seamless transition from near to far with incredible sharpness, so that leaders can see no limits to their opportunities.
