Non-specific aerobic fitness seems to be a very important player in brain development. During aerobic activities such as jogging, walking, or free playing the production of neurotrophic factors responsible for growing of neural networks increased. Therefore, current research has pointed out that transport and play activities significantly contribute not only to long-term active life but also to school academic achievement. The aim of this workshop would be to put light on these associations by emphasizing the necessity of transport activities during childhood.
