Giving staff time and space to try new classroom tactics can be hard to fit into a busy schedule, but at Aiglon college they have looked to create a meaningful, impactful and sustainable internal professional development structure that allows teachers to reflect, collaborate and innovate. The Learning Strands is a six-step programme that allows a school to simply shift the focus on improving teaching and learning through a supportive and collegiate environment.
