In which I will look at the neverending process a school should go through to ensure it has a good curriculum that delivers knowledge and skills but also ensures all the teachers and pupils know what is being studied, when and why.
A good curriculum is a complex web of connections, what these are and how they are formed is central to whether an education is just a list of stuff to be learned or a glorious narrative that frees the child from their teacher allowing them to develop as a thinker and doer in their own right.
