EduFest2022

This session will take a close look at the specific experience at our school as we sought a better alternative to traditional appraisal models. From identifying initial objectives, to collecting teacher opinions and research data, to crafting a proposal, pilot and launch, we will summarise the process followed in creating our current model, as well as reflect on questions that might help other schools engage in a similarly rewarding process.
