A lot has changed since the global pandemic, and not least in the sphere of professional learning. An awful lot of this has been good, but the challenge for teachers and school leaders is how to embrace that change effectively. So what does effective professional learning look like in 2022, and how can teachers use this knowledge to enhance agency and support their own career progression? And what are the pitfalls, and how can we avoid them?
