A teacher for 25 years and with a wealth of experience in the UK and abroad, Parm has a deep curiosity about teaching and learning and is fortunate to currently lead on this alongside staff development in Jersey. Her other keen interest is leadership and she enjoys writing, discussing and learning about this, most recently on her MEd. Her most rewarding role comes from working as a Global Strategic Leader for WomenEd and she values the platform this gives her to champion, disrupt and celebrate women in education.
